January 29 record 认真看待生命并不表示我们要像古时候的西藏人一样，一辈子住在喜马拉雅山里面坐禅。在现代社会中，我们必须工作谋生，但不可以受到朝九晚五的生涯所缠缚，对于生命的深层意义毫无认识，我们的使命是求得平衡，发现中道，学习不要沉溺在现代生活的享乐中，关键在于单纯，不要以外界活动来过分伸展自己，而是要让我们的生活越来越简单。
这就是佛教戒律的真义所在。戒律的西藏语是tsul trim；tsul的意思是“合适”或“正当”，trim的意思是“规矩”或“方式”。因此，戒律就是要做合适或正当的事；换句话说，在这个过渡复杂的时代里，要简化我们的生活。

January 20 起床了
今天起的可真早啊，哈哈！ 真的是被晒醒，外面天气真好，蓝天白云一斗斗的。 刚回来前两天还是下意识的早晨6点多会醒来一次，然后再睡就很纠结。 今天终于睡到太阳晒屁股拉，哈哈。 昨天去医院拍了x光片，大夫说可以拆石膏了，长得不错。我说等几天跟我妈一起拆吧。这时老妈配合的也把石膏露出来。 三个大夫当时就槑住了 －。－｜｜｜｜
最后在老妈的教唆下，还“顺便”点了个痣。 这下好，大夫说除夕前我都不用洗脸洗澡了。
而且还没给我打麻药，疼得我用石膏敲床梆。。。
January 18 THESE DAYS终于回到家里了。
早晨险些又错过航班，又是在紧急办理通道办的登机，只不过这次没有免费升仓的机会=。=
难道我真的是慢悠悠嘛？
最近很累。
工作累，心情累。
不过过了这么久，最近终于把这几年的那些都作了了结。
抛开那些阴霾，我想从今以后我会变得不一样。
当然累归累，也有很多开心的事情。
信息又开始多了起来，打字还是一如既往得迟缓。
拆石膏的日子越来越近，希望最后的片子能显示一切都很好！
大学期间的部分照片失而复得，多亏了Miss.很能睡!
老妈送我了本命年的红背心红内裤。但是我死活央求买红秋衣秋裤，未果，她居然说太土了。。。
今年回家床位升级哈哈，起码还有小书桌了。
那冰山一角的牛奶阿，我真幸福！！！ >_<```

背后屁股那有一行字，Let The Sunshine In.
当时可能就是因为这行字还有挑眼的桔黄色就买了吧
结果，今天碰巧听到一首歌叫做 let the sunshine in，是个叫做Frente的澳洲乐队。
很轻快得节奏，就像这件tee一样，让人觉得舒服，开心。
顺子的声音象是深夜的稻田，这首歌就算早晨的豆浆，正好BGM也换一换。
